Reading at http://heartscanblog.blogspot.com/ , Dr. Davis recommends a similar diet to the paleo one recommended by Joel (wheat/grain free, supplements with omega-3, etc) and claims to see improvements in CT scan scores indicating decreased deposition of calcium in arteries and hence decreased inflammation.
